Job description

At Workwize, we’re revolutionizing how businesses support their global teams.

The rise of a global workforce has unlocked incredible opportunities for companies to access diverse talent pools. However, it also brings logistical challenges like local vendor availability, timely laptop deliveries, equipment management, and local retrieval and storage.

Workwize’s SaaS platform, integrated with suppliers and warehouses worldwide, simplifies and automates the deployment, management, and retrieval of IT hardware for distributed teams. Currently, Workwize facilitates fast, local deliveries in over 100 countries, supporting the IT lifecycle for 25,000+ users and managing 100,000+ devices globally.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead - Account Executive to join our fast-growing scale-up.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of both personal sales targets and the development of a team of Account Executives (AEs). As a key member of our Sales Management Team (Sales MT), you will lead by example, setting the standard for performance, collaboration, and innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us—starting with a team of 2-3 AEs and expanding as we scale, based on team performance and development.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 Account Executives, with potential for growth based on team performance and development.

  • Achieve personal sales targets while coaching and developing team members to hit their KPIs and goals.

  • Take ownership of sales projects aligned with company OKRs and contribute to the Sales Management Team’s strategic objectives.

  1. Driving Data-Driven Decisions:

    • Use a data-driven approach to monitor team and individual performance, analyzing metrics like conversion rates, email open rates, and call connection rates.

    • Continuously optimize sales strategies using insights from tools like HubSpot, Cognism, and Apollo.io.

  1. Implementing Sales Playbooks and Best Practices:

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align lead generation efforts, share feedback on lead quality, and adapt strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
