About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition , you will play a key role in scaling the Workwize team by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various functions.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver candidates who align with our fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and candidate sourcing to offer until onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the process.
Use Greenhouse ATS to manage recruitment workflows, track candidate progress, and generate recruitment metrics for reporting.
Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes and systems.
Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen Workwize’s position as an employer of choice in the market.
Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth start-up or SaaS environment.
Proven ability to source and attract high-quality talent for both technical and non-technical roles.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems is highly appreciated.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
A passion for people and a proactive approach to solving hiring challenges.
