About the Role:

As the Product Marketing Manager at Workwize, your primary goal will be to drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth by effectively positioning our offerings in the market.
You will be responsible for translating product features into clear, compelling benefits that address customer pain points. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape our product positioning and develop impactful sales collateral to support every stage of the sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

To succeed in this role, you’ll focus on excelling in the following key areas:

       1. Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather insights and identify opportunities.

    2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Messaging:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Craft clear and compelling product narratives that resonate with our target audience.

    3. Sales Enablement:
  • Create effective sales enablement materials that support the sales team throughout the entire sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the tools and messaging needed to drive conversions.



Job requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of launching and marketing software products to a business audience.
  • Experience in scaling products and expanding into new markets, both in terms of geographies and industry verticals.

    Core Competencies:
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data, test outcomes, and implement successful strategies.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and the ability to create sales enablement materials that drive conversions.
  • Active listening and research skills to understand customer needs and market trends.

    Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding written communication skills to craft compelling product narratives.


Desirable skills & experience
:

  • Technical background (e.g., technical writer, product manager, or engineering degree).
  • Certifications related to Product Marketing Management.
  • Experience in conducting customer interviews and surveys to gather actionable insights.
