Junior Account Executive

What you'll be doing

    • Proactively engage with unqualified prospects (cold calling);
    • Exceed monthly goals for qualified client meetings/demo's, signed deals, and annual revenue targets;
    • Proactively stay updated on competitive products and market trends, enabling yourself to become a market expert;
    • Work proactively, carefully and data-driven on multiple projects at the same time.

Job requirements

  • You are a driven commercial person with experience in a client-facing position in a fast growing (SaaS) company
  • You have experience with B2B sales with a proven track record
  • You love the thrill of finding and closing new clients
  • Blessed with a growth mindset and can-do mentality
  • Being familiar with a dynamic environment such as a scale-up
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are a high energy individual
  • Familiar with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to report on your activities, and know how to iteratively improve yourself based on your results
  • You are a fluent in Dutch and English (the more languages the better)

Workwize is a procurement platform that allows companies to easily provide their remote/hybrid workforce with the necessary products. Companies can add employees to their Workwize company account through which they are able to control individual spending budgets and choice of products.


Working remotely has steadily increased in popularity over the last 30 years and this trend has been greatly accelerated by COVID-19. Many companies have committed to a hybrid or remote working model, where employees alternate between working from home and working in the office (if they have any).


Procurement for these employees is completely different from bulk orders to the main office. To support your workforce at home, it is essential to identify individual needs and cater to individual preferences.
