To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an energetic Partner Manager to strengthen our commercial team in Amsterdam. You will be able to manage your professional pipeline and as we grow you will have the potential to scale and manage your own commercial team.

Workwize currently has supplied over 5.000 workspaces in the European market and we are on a mission to conquer the rest of Europe. Are you in for a great adventure by jumping into a market that just opened it’s doors? Let’s meet!


This is an opportunity to join a growing commercial team in a Dutch scale-up operating with international clients. If you are passionate about strategizing and implementing commercial programs that champion automation and that are constantly iterated on and improved, this is the job for you!

What you'll be doing

  • Achieving or exceeding the goals for qualified monthly client meetings/demo’s, signed deals, live deals and annual revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining a great network by selling our concept, never thinking in barriers
  • Proactively continue to understand competitive products and increase market knowledge. We are a data-driven company and you’ll work closely with our data team to analyze our opportunities in the market


What you'll bring

  • You are a driven commercial person with experience in a client-facing position in a fast growing Tech or SaaS company
  • You have experience with B2B sales and managing partners with a proven track record
  • You love the thrill of finding and closing new deals
  • Blessed with a growth mindset and can-do mentality
  • Being familiar with a dynamic environment such as a scaleup, everyday new challenges will show themselves
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, ability to represent Workwize internally as well as externally
  • You are a high energy individual
  • Familiar with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to report on your activities, and know how to iteratively improve yourself based on your results
  • You are a fluent Dutch and English speaker.

Workwize is a procurement platform that allows companies to easily provide their workforce at home with the necessary products. Companies can add employees to their Workwize company account through which they are able to control individual spending budgets and choice of products.

Working remotely has steadily increased in popularity over the last 30 years and this trend has been greatly accelerated by COVID-19. The majority of large cap Dutch corporates have committed to a hybrid working model, where employees alternate between working from home and working in the office.

Procurement for an employee’s home office is completely different from bulk orders to the main office. To support a workforce at home, it is essential to identify individual needs and cater to individual preferences.

Workwize aims to help companies focus on their core operations by integrating logistics, service, advice, and financial handling involved in setting up remote workspaces into a single procurement platform. We strive to help the corporate world accelerate in giving employees the freedom to work both from home and in the office!
