Full Stack Developer – Operations

Your role

As a Full Stack Developer with a focus on our operations department team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and physical processes we offer our clients, which thousands of users rely on to set up their remote workspaces. Your efforts will be crucial in refining our platform to better manage these services, aiming to streamline internal operations and increase client satisfaction effectively. You will be part of a diverse team of engineers working both remotely and in a hybrid environment, where your contributions will directly influence architectural decisions and elevate our platform.

You will collaborate closely with our operations department to develop new features, expand our product offerings, and improve the backbone that makes our services excellent. Your work will start on building reusable APIs and components to deliver best-in-class product experiences for customers and grow to into developing a new product that aims at operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

To succeed in this role, you’ll focus on excelling in the following key areas:

Experience:

• Educational Background: At least a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.

• Technical Expertise: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with PHP in Laravel or Symfony framework and React or Vue.js/Angular, building robust and scalable applications.

• Application Development: Proven experience in developing both frontend and backend applications using Javascript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS and MySQL 8, with a focus on efficiency and performance.

• UI/UX Focus: Strong passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly, and elegant UI designs, with a keen eye for usability and user experience. Experience working with low-code tools to build and maintain user interfaces.
  

• Continuous Learning & Collaboration: Eager to learn new technologies, share knowledge, and engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.
