Internal Recruiter

As an Internal Recruiter at Workwize, you’re fully aware how important the right person in the right place is. You have an excellent eye for finding the right people and an expert in setting up the right processes to achieve it. You’re days are focussed on attracting the right talent: people that not only help us to achieve our goals, but also enrich our company culture.

Most days will be a nice mix between operational and strategic recruitment. With many open roles, you’re main focus is attracting, selecting and guiding candidates for our recruitment process.When complex hiring situations arise, you’re the problem-solver who know exactly how to guide these challenges.

Finally, you’re focussed on the bigger picture—analyzing recruitment trends, optimizing the hiring funnel, and implementing innovative recruitment tactics. With the rapid growth of Workwize, you’re also perparing us for hiring in the future. Improving our processes, finding new channels and working on a great candidate experience will be an important part of this role.

What You Will Do.

  • Candidate Discovery and Selection:
    • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing strategies.
    • Evaluate candidates to ensure a match with both job requirements and company culture.
  • Enhance Candidate Engagement and Conversion:
    • Provide a personalized and positive experience for each candidate.
    • Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions at each stage.
    • Drive the conversion of promising candidates into successful hires.
  • Strategic Recruitment Initiatives:
    • Lead important recruitment projects that contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the success of these initiatives.

Job requirements

  • 3+ year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and working with hiring managers
  • Strong communication skills
  • A data driven mindset
  • Familiar with a dynamic environment such as a scale-up
  • You are a fluent in (business) English
