Escalations analyst - Retrievals/Warehouse

About the Role:
As the Escalations Analyst for the Retrievals/Warehouse team, you will play a key role in managing warehouse-related challenges, including storage, shipments, and product management, while establishing clear operational guidelines for our 3PL Warehouse team. You will spearhead initiatives to optimize warehouse operations, enhance internal processes, and ensure seamless coordination with our partners. Reporting to the Product Owner of the Retrievals/Warehouse team, you will work closely with the Operations, Tech, and Project Management teams to streamline workflows, address escalations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Escalations Management

• Addressing Client Issues: Manage complex client escalations related to warehouse operations by collaborating with the Warehouse team and identifying root causes to implement long-term solutions.

• Clear Stakeholder Communication: Provide strong visibility and maintain clear, effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the resolution of high-priority escalations.
  

2. Project Management & Process Optimization

• Executing Strategic Projects: Partner with the Product Owner to implement initiatives that enhance warehouse processes, optimize long-term operations, or expand geographical scope.

• Data Analysis and Correction: Analyze data to identify and correct potential errors and leverage insights to recognize trends and improve warehouse capabilities.

Skills & Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics (Master’s degree preferred)

•  6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience or internships in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

•  Proactive and capable of working independently

•  Highly structured, with the ability to follow and make suggestions to current processes

•  Demonstrates a bias for action, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose innovative solutions

•  Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
